A performance management system (PMS) can be designed to suit the client's need. PMS normally involves three main processes: 

  • Performance Planning (Goal Setting Key Result Areas - KRA and KPI) 
  • Performance Review (Monitoring and Coaching) 
  • Performance Evaluation (Appraisal)


Training sessions are normally conducted to improve employees' skill in using the performance management system.
