MIS Founder Profile

Mr. Ngo Tuan Siong is the Executive Director and Principal Consultant of Management Information Services (MIS) Sdn Bhd. He has more than 30 years of consultancy experience in human resource management and compensation studies.

He has an extensive background in developing customized total remuneration programs (design or restructuring), job evaluation and performance appraisal management. He has conducted assignments for a wide range of companies (from meduim-sized to large and diversified groups of local and multinational largely in the American, Japanese and European organisations). 1b

Education

Prior to the setting up of his own consultancy company in 1981, he was a Consultant with PA Consultants for 5 years and headed the Compensation Division. He had worked as an Engineer while overseas.

Mr. Ngo holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Honours) as well as a post-graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. 1c
